Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wingly mobile application and website at wingly.zeenotech.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Zeeno Tech ("Wingly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Wingly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wingly. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. What Wingly is - and isn't

Wingly acts as a platform connecting "seekers" (users looking to book a companion) with "companions" (users who list themselves as available for social bookings). Wingly is not a party to the arrangement between a seeker and a companion beyond facilitating discovery, verification, payment, and safety features described here.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account, including for identity verification (KYC).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Identity verification & listings

• Users who wish to list themselves as a companion must complete Aadhaar-based identity verification and a live liveness check before being listed.
• Wingly reviews KYC submissions and may approve, reject, or request resubmission at its discretion.
• Companions are responsible for the accuracy of their listing (photos, pricing, availability, purposes offered).
• Wingly may remove any listing that violates these Terms, appears fraudulent, or is reported by other users.

5. Bookings, pricing & payments

• Companions set their own hourly and/or per-event pricing, shown upfront before booking.
• Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU). Wingly does not store your full payment credentials.
• For certain bookings, Wingly may require event verification (organizer details and confirmation) before the booking proceeds.
• Both seeker and companion must complete any required self-declaration agreement before a booking is confirmed.
• A companion may accept or decline any booking request at their discretion. Wingly does not guarantee that any request will be accepted.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms (including any applicable cut-off times and fees) will be shown to you at the time of booking within the app. Refunds for failed, duplicate, or erroneous payments will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our payment partners' timelines. 7. Code of conduct

By using Wingly, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including solicitation of commercial sexual services
• Harass, threaten, or endanger the safety of any other user
• Provide false information during signup, KYC, or booking (including impersonating another person)
• Attempt to circumvent Wingly's payment system by arranging off-platform payment for a booking made through the app
• Attempt to meet at a location other than the one agreed and verified at the time of booking, without informing Wingly and rebooking accordingly
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Service

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, in addition to any other legal remedies available to Wingly.

8. Safety - shared responsibility

Wingly provides safety features including identity verification, event verification (for select bookings), agreement signing, verified meeting locations, and reporting/blocking tools. However, Wingly cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. You agree to:

• Only meet at the location agreed and shown in the app for your booking
• Report any concerning behavior immediately using the in-app report feature
• Exercise your own judgment and take reasonable precautions when meeting anyone in person

9. Reports & investigations

Wingly may investigate reports of misconduct, which may include reviewing booking history, communications, and verification records related to the report. We may suspend an account during an investigation. Decisions on reported accounts are made at Wingly's discretion.

10. Intellectual property

The Wingly name, logo, app, and website content are the property of Zeeno Tech and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Wingly is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeeno Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including from the conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email, with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Wingly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Zeeno Tech's registered place of business.
